Activity Programme

Explore Vienna with our free time activities. Enjoy after class fun while making new friends. We offer a wide variety of fun free time activities to participate in at our summer programme.

A few examples of our optional free-time activities include:

  • Visiting the home of Amadeus Mozart
  • Exploring the Sigmund Freud Museum
  • Touring the Hofburg Palace and watching its Lipizzaner horses
  • Admiring the Imperial Summer Palace and visiting the world’s first zoo
  • Biking and picnicking in scenic spots
  • Taking an Old City Tour
  • Enjoying paddle boat rides and swimming in the Old Danube
  • Viewing the renowned Gustav Klimt exhibition at the Belvedere Palace
  • Discovering Beethoven’s residence
  • Marveling at the Jugendstil treasures around the Naschmarkt

In addition, we offer a wide range of ‘free time’ group activities, which are all available on campus grounds.

These include:

  • Viennese ballroom dance classes
  • Yoga, fitness, Zumba, kick boxing lessons
  • Running in the gardens of the Imperial Palace
  • Soccer, frisbee, badminton, table football, ping pong & darts tournaments
  • Barbeque parties, and much more

Most of our activities are included in your course fee!

There is plenty of time in the late afternoons and evenings to go on city wanders – museums, Viennese Coffee Houses, cinema, delicious meals, or shopping…
